Job Summary:
Ladgov Corporation (Africa) is looking to hire an Operations Specialist who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to budget across all departments. The operations specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations, reporting on performance, and recommending actionable improvements when necessary
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Recruiting and hiring employees while coordinating with accounting and finance departments to adhere to budget
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees and vendors.

Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
