Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Location: Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises on foot to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to respond promptly to any potential security breaches.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Control access points, check identification, and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Report any security incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate authorities and management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, or other relevant personnel when necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises and their occupants.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and other safety protocols as needed.
• Write accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting any incidents, observations, or actions taken during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and efficient security operation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
• Basic computer literacy to operate security systems and write reports.
• Physical capability to perform regular foot patrols and stand for extended periods.
