Position: Part-timeDuties:
- Conduct weekly 50-minute mindfulness coaching sessions over 12-week periods, facilitating guided meditation exercises, discussing mindfulness principles, and providing feedback on participants' progress.
- Deliver customized 75-minute mindfulness workshops, which include presentations tailored to the needs of employees on topics such as sleep, leadership, and performance enhancement, followed by a Q&A session.
- Present 75-minute introductory mindfulness seminars for beginners, offering an overview of the benefits of mindfulness and introductory exercises, with time allocated for Q&A.
- Lead 21-day meditation challenges, conducting 30-minute sessions twice a week, which include guided meditation and discussion/coaching to support consistent practice.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
- Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Experience in delivering mindfulness coaching and training.
- Strong virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms, specifically Zoom.
