Duties:

The applicant shall take requests for lending closet items, pack and issue requested items, track, provide receipts, and identify procedures to the customer for proper return of items within timelines established by the applicable Standard Operating Procedure.
The applicant shall perform a variety of record keeping and filing functions associated with client service.
The applicant shall assist with the workload of walk-in and telephone client requests for service when required by client demand or absence of other personnel.

Qualification/ Education:

The applicant must maintain experience providing customer service.
The applicant shall have experience utilizing computer programs necessary for accomplishment of duties (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email, A365, Outlook).
