Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: VA Northern California Health Care System
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
Duties:

Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Supervise phlebotomists and other laboratory staff.
Ensure accurate and timely specimen collection and processing.
Manage laboratory inventory and supplies.
Coordinate staff schedules and maintain timekeeping records.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.

Qualifications:

Education: Relevant degree in laboratory sciences or related field.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Certification: Appropriate state and/or national certification.
