Job Type: Full-Time
Duties:
- Direct and supervise staff during operating hours, ensuring that daily routines are followed and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring that meals meet nutritional standards and are served efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining facility, ensuring that all equipment and implements are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Coordinate with the Dining Facility Manager to address any issues or complaints related to food service.
Requirements:
- Experience preparing food products in a cafeteria-style dining establishment.
- A formal civilian education degree or certificate in culinary arts or food preparation can substitute for experience.
- Formal education as a military cook can substitute for education and experience.
- Must have a current Serve Safe certification.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
