Job Title: Dining Facility Shift Leader

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Direct and supervise staff during operating hours, ensuring that daily routines are followed and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring that meals meet nutritional standards and are served efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining facility, ensuring that all equipment and implements are properly cleaned and maintained.
Coordinate with the Dining Facility Manager to address any issues or complaints related to food service.

Requirements:

Experience preparing food products in a cafeteria-style dining establishment.
A formal civilian education degree or certificate in culinary arts or food preparation can substitute for experience.
Formal education as a military cook can substitute for education and experience.
Must have a current Serve Safe certification.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
