Qualification:
  • Professional Certificate (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA) or Associate Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network applications, hardware, and software issues
  • Strong understanding of standard Windows desktop applications and email systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Duties:
  • Provide phone and in-person support to users for email, directories, and desktop applications
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software PC and printer problems
  • Assist users with applications developed under the contract or its predecessors
  • Ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and provide timely updates to users
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical problems
