Job Title: Resiliency Leadership Training

Location: 49 MXG Holloman AFB, NM 88330 United States

Duties:

In-person 3-day interpersonal leadership and resiliency course primarily for NCO’s with a focus on unit culture within the aircraft maintenance community of the USAF, building empathy, and addressing cultural factors that lead to suicide. For up to 16 participants, at least 4 hrs per day and not to exceed 8 hrs per day.

In-person 1-day interpersonal senior leadership and resiliency course addressing how their position impacts unit culture, identifying troops in need and methods to assist them, with focus on unit culture within the aircraft maintenance community of the USAF. for up to 20 participants, at least 6 hrs and not to exceed 8 hrs, for officers and senior Noncommissioned Officers.

Feedback/Survey of up to 300 personnel identifying organizational problems, cultural analysis, and employee/worker improvements. Analyze results for recommended corrections and identify organizational strengths/weakness within the unique cultural environment of the aircraft maintenance community of the USAF.

Qualification:

Applicants Must be experienced in the requested domain with at least 2 years of Experience.
