Position: Cultural Advisor

Location: Baumholder, DEU
Kaiserslautern, DEU

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in customer service oriented tasks.
Minimum of 1 (one) year experience working with military families or community outreach programs
Ability to communicate in both German and English.

Specific Tasks:

Shall provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS). Services include but are not limited to host nation local community tours, German language courses.
Shall meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress. Meetings can be in person or telephonic.
Shall interact with customers and staff in accordance with professional business standards and in compliance with military customs and courtesies
