Duties:

  • Set up and replenish the food serving line before and during meal service.
  • Assist in serving food to personnel while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Clean and sanitize the serving line, utensils, and food contact surfaces after each meal.
  • Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and ensure all equipment is cleaned after use.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the food service area before and after meal periods.
  • Monitor and refill dining room supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
  • Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
