Schedule: As required by contract schedule

Summary

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for performing daily cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, floor care, and general custodial duties throughout assigned facility areas.

Requirements

Janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or related cleaning experience preferred.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to use standard cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment safely.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks during the shift.
Must be able to pass all required background checks and facility access requirements.

Duties

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and assigned spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floor surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling containers.
Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and replenish supplies.
Wipe doors, glass, walls, furniture, and high-touch surfaces.
Report maintenance concerns, spills, hazards, or damaged items.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to schedule and quality standards.
