Position Title: Youth Gymnastics Instructor / Coach
Location: Ramstein Air Base, Building 1023 – Youth Programs Instructional Facility

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gymnastics classes of 45, 60, or 90 minutes depending on age and skill level.
- Teach proper techniques, safety, conditioning, stretching, and injury-prevention methods.
- Provide individual feedback and positive reinforcement to all participants.
- Adapt instruction to the developmental stage and abilities of each age group (18 months–18 years).
- Maintain order, discipline, and a positive learning environment at all times.
- Minimum of 3 years of gymnastics coaching or instructional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Must hold an accepted gymnastics coaching accreditation, including USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, Deutscher Turner Bund (DTB) certification, USA Elite Coach Certification, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Coach Certification, or AAGCJ/British Gymnastics Coaching Certifications.
- Must maintain current Adult/Child/Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or German Red Cross (renewed every two years), and complete all AFI 34-144–required Youth Program trainings provided by YP.
