Job Location: Coast Guard Base Miami Beach, FL. 

Job Type: Full time job. 

Qualifications: 

That supervisor should have: 

  •  Previous leadership experience. 

  •  Excellent communication skills. 

  •  The ability to work as part of a team. 

  •  A high school diploma. 

Duties: 

  • The supervisor should manage the workflow of their employees, create team schedules and delegates. 

  • The supervisor should assess the work performance of their employees and identify areas that need improvement. 

  • The supervisor should ensure that job goals, deadlines and performance standards are met. 

  •  The supervisor should train and onboard new hires to make sure they understand their roles. 

  • The supervisor should set goals for workers and make sure they comply with the work plans. 

  • The supervisor should report performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.
