Job Title: Persian-Farsi Language Instructor.
Location: George C. Marshall Center/PLTCE, Breitenauerstr 16, 82467, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
Schedule: 30 hours per week, for as much as six (6) contact hours per day. from 0840 to 1550, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications:
- Be fluent in the Persian-Farsi languages, as spoken in Iran.
- have a working knowledge of English sufficient for conducting course development and research in the English language.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (MA or PhD is highly desired) in: Teaching Persian-Farsi as a Foreign Language.
- have five years or more of significant, recent, and relevant experience in teaching Persian-Farsi to foreign, adult learners that work in US Department of Defense.
- Develop Learning materials that are derived from current and authentic sources and from all media (printed, audio, visual, electronic, etc.).
- Conduct daily lessons, minimally six, 50-minute periods per day.
- Assign homework on a daily basis that is tailored to the needs of each student.
- Provide feedback on completed homework assignments, identifying problem areas, and conducting immediate remediation.
- Provide suitable out-of-class activities (such as on-site lectures at the Marshall Center and/or cultural events) for classes if appropriate.
