Job Title: Emotionally Focused Therapy Trainer
Location: Virtual sessions conducted on a government-approved platform
Schedule:
Training: One session, 5.25 hours, excluding breaks.
Consultation: Four one-hour sessions.
Qualifications:

Certified trainer in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with expertise in providing training to mental health professionals.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of EFT fundamentals, theories, interventions, and tools, particularly in the context of working with Veterans, service members, and their families.
Proven experience in conducting virtual training sessions and facilitating interactive group experiences.

Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual EFT training to 40 Readjustment Counselors and Vet Center Directors.
Provide instruction on EFT fundamentals, interventions, and tools for Veteran and service member couples.
Facilitate interactive sessions promoting positive change and growth.
Guide participants on practical EFT application during consultations.
