Duties:

Conduct two team building sessions.
Provide team building over a 3-day period.
Host an introductory virtual session to assess and identify the cultural backgrounds and preferences of each participating employee.

Requirements:

Experience in conducting team building sessions.
Ability to tailor team building activities to specific team goals and objectives.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Experience in providing virtual and in-person team building sessions.
