Job Title: Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, freezers, and other food service equipment.
Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and complies with safety regulations.
Maintain records of all maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

Requirements:

Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems, as required by federal and state laws.
Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
