Job Title: Dining Facility Manager
Location: Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, HI
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Manage the daily operations of the food service facilities on-site at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
Supervise food service personnel, ensuring they perform their duties in compliance with contractual standards.
Ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to the prescribed nutritional and quality standards.
Coordinate with the contract manager to address any operational issues.
Maintain records and reports related to food service operations, including staff attendance, equipment maintenance, and food inventory.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience in managing government or commercial dining facilities.
Experience in managing food service operations and staff.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
