Position: Part-time

Duties:

Develop yoga classes for older Veterans enrolled in the Gerofit program, considering their age and chronic health conditions.
Monitor and report any mobility or flexibility concerns to Gerofit staff immediately after each class.
Ensure all yoga practices align with safety guidelines for older adults.

Requirements:

Certification as a yoga instructor with current and unrestricted status.
Experience in designing yoga classes for older adults with chronic conditions is preferred.
Strong observational skills to identify and report participant concerns.
Ability to adapt yoga practices to meet the specific needs of Veterans.
