Job Description:
The 27th Special Operations Group seeks professional education and training services focused on organizational culture and suicide prevention. These services include a field assessment of internal culture and actionable insights to address safety, ethics, and conduct issues efficiently.
Job Title: Organizational Analysis Facilitator
Location: Cannon Air Force Base, NM
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in leadership or cultural training in a military environment.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS, SPSS).

Responsibilities:

Assess up to 12 squadrons and 1,500 personnel.
Analyze data using advanced statistical measures and machine learning.
Present detailed reports with social network mapping and metrics.
Develop and deliver seminars based on ONA results within 30 days.
Address organizational culture, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
Tailor seminars to officers, NCOs, and Airmen.
