Hours of Operation: The test examiner’s schedule will be agreed on once the work starts. A session will be a test session (up to four hours for each test session) with a minimum guaranteed of twelve hours per week (three sessions), for example, Tuesday, 08:00 & 13:00, and Wednesday, 08:00 & 13:00.
Position Overview:
The primary function of the Test Examiner position entails providing verification and administration of tests and constant supervision of student exams to prevent any test compromise. The test Examiner is responsible for operating the base test center.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering examinations
- Receiving examinations
- Inventorying examinations
- Administering examinations
- Safeguarding examinations
- Returning examinations
- Reporting suspected test losses and compromises
- Performing operational/administrative duties and actions
- Maintaining a supply of necessary support materials such as forms and booklets (maintained in security safes)
In addition, up to one customer complaint per month is received either orally, written or by student survey.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school or equivalent degree, preferably a college degree.
- Prior knowledge and experience in administering a similar center.
- Experience shall include the administration of certification exams, Defense Language Aptitude Battery Test (DLAB), Armed Forces Classification Test College (AFCT), and Professional Military Education (PME).
